Kevin- Our main protagonist, who usually does the detective stuff, like snooping into enemy's layer, getting people to do something by alternate means, searches for the criminals etc.

Caroline- The female inspector of V.P.P.I.D. , she can find anything on the Internet. She herself is a walking library.
